Honestly, I’ve experienced many places in Sapanca, but the "home warmth" I felt the moment I walked through the door of Yura Bungalov was something else. You know how some places look good in photos but feel cold when you get there? This place is the exact opposite; as soon as you enter, the familiar warmth of the natural gas stove and the crackling of the fireplace wrap around you. In my opinion, the key detail that sets this place apart from others is definitely its pool, because the 4x7 meter pool has stairs, making getting in and out so easy—it is a huge luxury to descend slowly down the stairs into that warm water, especially in the freezing winter air. To be honest, the fact that the garden is completely isolated with bamboo gave me back the privacy I lost in the city; sitting by the fire pit at night watching the sky without the anxiety of "is someone watching me," just listening to the sounds of nature, was priceless. Seeing that everything from a pasta strainer to various spices was thought of in the kitchen, and brewing my morning coffee in the filter coffee machine, I wouldn't be exaggerating if I said it made me think, "I wish this were my summer house."

For our guests who prioritize privacy, our facility is isolated with wire fences and dense bamboo sticks so that it is not visible from the outside. Its location, just 2 kilometers (approximately 3-4 minutes by car) from the Sapanca district center and that unique lakeside walking path, allows our guests to be in nature while easily reaching the center whenever they need.

The privileged facilities and technical details offered by our facility are as follows:

Heated Pool and Jacuzzi Enjoyment: The 4x7 meter pool located in our garden offers hot use in all seasons thanks to its 24/7 thermostat system; additionally, a special internal staircase system has been integrated for comfortable entry and exit, and a jacuzzi is available to complete your pool pleasure.

Climate Control and Heating: For maximum comfort during winter stays, our house is heated with a natural gas stove; in addition, a glass-fronted fireplace stove that changes the atmosphere and 2 air conditioners for summer months are ready in our house.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: For you to prepare your own meals, our kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, 2-burner stove, refrigerator, toaster, cast iron pans, pot sets, and dinnerware; for your beverage pleasure, a filter coffee machine, Turkish coffee machine, and tea maker are ready for use. (Cooking oil, salt, sugar, spices, tea, and coffee are offered as complimentary treats by the facility).

Garden and Barbecue: In your private isolated garden, there is a cauldron fire pit where you can spend pleasant times in the evenings, a stone barbecue under the gazebo for your meals, and also a lidded barbecue grill set.

Technology and Internet: Free Wi-Fi service is available so you don't disconnect from the world during your stay, and Netflix membership is available for enjoyable movie nights.
