Sole Foça Bungalow is a special facility located in Foça, one of the most peaceful corners of İzmir. Situated in the heart of nature and the center of silence, it offers its guests not just accommodation, but a spiritual purification process. Perched on a slope dominating the unique sea, garden, and mountain views of the Aegean, this facility welcomes elite guests who choose to be one with nature and focus on beauty rather than difficulties, hosting them in two private wooden houses and two studio suite rooms. Designed carefully for those who want to start the day away from crowds, accompanied by bird songs and the melody of the wind, the facility promises a home-like experience by combining comfortable living spaces with modern necessities.

The facility's highlights and accommodation rules are detailed below:

Accommodation Units and Equipment: The facility features accommodation units with architecture compatible with nature. Specifically, the wooden houses named Sole 1 and Sole 2 feature BBQ facilities and satellite TV for guests to enjoy their time. TV and BBQ facilities are not available in the other units.

Kitchen and Treats: Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen allowing guests to prepare their own meals. Considering guest comfort, basic necessities such as tea, Turkish coffee, sugar, salt, black pepper, cooking oil, and water, along with all necessary kitchen tools and utensils, are provided by the facility. Since the facility serves as a room-only concept, dining freedom belongs entirely to the guest.

Capacity and Extra Bed Status: Sole 1 and Sole 2 units have a 2+1 accommodation capacity. However, it should be noted that space may be tight in these rooms during full capacity stays, and extra beds provided based on availability may not reflect the full comfort of the existing fixed beds.

Adults-Only Concept: In order to preserve the quiet and peaceful atmosphere offered by the facility, guests under the age of 12 are not accepted. This rule is applied to maximize the experience of guests wishing to listen to the sound of nature.

Pet Policy: The facility has two passport-holding resident dogs that ensure the safety and joy of the premises. Therefore, external pets are not accepted.

Check-in and Check-out Times: Timing is quite strict to maintain hygiene standards and perform detailed cleaning for the next guest. Check-in time is 14:00, and check-out time is 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out requests unfortunately cannot be met due to operational workload.

Transportation and Communication: Due to its special location, guests arriving after 14:00 must contact the facility authorities in advance for a smooth welcome.
