Sapanca Alfa Suites & SPA Hotel, located in the Kırkpınar district of Sapanca, Sakarya's favorite holiday resort, offers distinguished services to its guests seeking a peaceful and relaxing accommodation experience intertwined with nature. Positioned away from the noise and chaos of the city, this facility stands out with its modern architecture and luxury service approach, welcoming its guests in tastefully decorated rooms with views of the land, forest, or pool. The facility boasts comprehensive amenities designed to meet all guests' needs; these include a 24-hour front desk, strong wireless internet connection throughout the property, and a secure, private on-site parking area for guest vehicles. One of the facility's most notable areas is the outdoor swimming pool and its surrounding sunbathing areas, where guests can fully enjoy the sun and water; furthermore, the resort's spacious garden, surrounded by lush vegetation, offers guests the opportunity for pleasant walks in nature or to spend quiet moments.

The SPA facilities offered by the resort create an ideal environment for guests wishing to rejuvenate body and soul. Within the SPA center, there are wet areas such as the Turkish bath, a part of traditional Turkish culture, a sauna for detoxification, a steam room, and a refreshing snow fountain (ice fountain). The use of these wet areas is included in the accommodation fee and is complimentary. For guests who wish to alleviate all their fatigue with professional touches, various massage applications and jacuzzi use are offered for an extra fee. Guests are required to make reservations in advance for SPA area use and massage sessions; please note that arriving late for a session will result in a shortened session time. Children under the age of 14 are permitted in the SPA wet areas with the permission and supervision of their parents.

Dining services at the facility are organized within a specific concept. The breakfast service, included in the accommodation, is served between 07:30 and 10:30 in the morning. Late breakfasts requested outside these hours are subject to an extra charge. The facility does not have a restaurant service other than breakfast. For evening meals, the facility offers guests a "Cook Your Own" (Kendin Pişir, Kendin Ye) concept; within this scope, the facility only provides the preparation of the barbecue grill and serving plates (for an extra fee). The last order time for barbecue service is 22:30.

Check-in and Check-out: Hotel check-in time is 14:00, and check-out time is 12:00 at the latest.

Child Policy: Children aged 0-18 are accepted at the facility only when accompanied by their parents or a legal guardian. Full responsibility for children during their stay rests with their parents or guardians.

Room Features: All rooms in the facility are equipped with an underfloor heating system for a comfortable stay. Although some rooms also have a split air conditioning system, the air conditioners are turned off during the winter season. Room temperature can be adjusted via the thermostat located next to the entrance doors.

Private Pools: The heating system for the private pools in the rooms operates seasonally.

Security and Liability: A safety deposit box is available in the rooms for storing valuable belongings; please request assistance from the reception for its use. The Sapanca Alfa Suites & SPA Hotel Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten items.

Extra Services: The in-room setup products (tea, coffee, water, etc.) are complimentary. Extra requests for replenishing these items are subject to a fee.
