The privileged services and accommodation rules offered by the facility have been arranged as follows to keep guest satisfaction at the highest level:

Check-in and Check-out Times: Hotel check-in procedures start as of 14:00, while check-out procedures must be completed by 12:00 at the latest.

SPA and Wellness: Wet area usages such as Turkish Bath, Sauna, Steam Room, and Snow Fountain for spiritual and physical purification are offered to guests free of charge, while special therapies such as massage and jacuzzi, and the use of the SPA area require prior reservation.

Dining Arrangement: Breakfast service, which ensures a vigorous start to the day, is between 07:30 and 10:30 in the morning; apart from this, there is no restaurant service at the facility, but for guests who want to experience a pleasant barbecue in the evenings, a paid barbecue preparation service is offered until 22:30 within the scope of the "Cook It Yourself" concept.
