Frankly, when I escaped the sometimes exhausting crowds of Bodrum and arrived at that quietest point where Yalıçiftlik ends, the first thing Ma'kara Bungalow made me feel was definitely the peace of "coming home," and I won't lie, experiencing the warmth of a family business instead of the cold face of luxury in this place run by a family since 2015 was priceless for me; especially while enjoying my delicious cocktail watching the sheet-like sea of Gökova Gulf on sunbeds under the trees, and then sitting at our table set up right next to the sea in the evening, eating our fresh fish with that justified pride and happiness on our faces, makes this place, in my opinion, not just an accommodation but a getaway point where you rest your soul.
