If you want to experience the unique silence of Assos and the endless blue of the Aegean in its most refined form, Kütle Hotel (Mass Hotel) is a masterpiece. Rising with the noble stance of stone architecture right on the slope of Sivrice Bay, this hotel is the most characterful structure of the region in my opinion. When you enter, you see how simplicity and art are intertwined. To tell you the truth, watching that line where the sea and the sky merge while swimming in the infinity pool made me forget time. The Aegean appetizers and seafood served in its restaurant were a complete gastronomic feast. The spaciousness of the rooms, the quality of the materials used, and that peaceful environment where you only hear the sound of waves... Frankly, if you are looking for an elite and peaceful getaway away from the crowd, with an "adults only" taste, Kütle Hotel is the most special shelter in Assos based on my experiences.
