To be honest, when I escaped Izmir's scorching heat and threw myself into the cool hills of Şirince, as soon as I walked through the door of Kayserkaya Dağ Evleri, I said "oh, this is the life"; because the facility feels exactly like a hidden refuge tucked into the lap of pine forests. In my experience, the biggest feature that separates this place from others is the intense scent of pine that fills your nose while walking from the parking lot to the room and the sense of peace given by the soil you step on. To me, the most striking aspect of the facility is the authentic atmosphere that welcomes you when you enter the rooms; traditional rugs and wooden furniture create such a sincere atmosphere that it feels like you are in your grandmother's warm village house, not a hotel room. I have to say, going out to that lush green garden with the first lights of the morning and taking a deep breath accompanied by bird sounds wipes away all the stress of the city. If you are one of those who say "let me be in the heart of nature and also enjoy the poolside" like me, the pool and pool bar duo here will more than meet your expectations, I think the taste of the time spent here while the sun sets in the evening will stay with you.
