For those who want to experience Sarıkamış's famous "crystal snow" legend on the spot, Kayı Resort is the warmest home in the region in my opinion. The peace you feel while shaking off that sweet tiredness given by the mountain air by the fireplace in the lobby when you step into the hotel is priceless. To tell you the truth, waking up in the middle of yellow pine forests and looking at a pure white fairytale land from the window makes one fall in love with the winter season all over again. The convenience of access to the slopes is a big plus for ski enthusiasts, but frankly, relieving the tiredness of the day in the hotel's spa center, not just skiing, was my favorite activity. Based on my experiences, with the sincere interest of the staff and the deliciousness of the food, Kayı Resort is one of the right stops to warm you up in the cold of Kars.
