When I first breathed in that unique, misty, and mystical air of Ayder Plateau, the first thing that caught my attention was definitely the intense scent of wood at Kardelen Bungalov & Restaurant; the moment you step inside these bungalows built entirely from yellow pine, you feel as if you have escaped the cool mountain wind outside and entered a warm, safe nest. To be honest, I was quite surprised that the facility could remain so quiet and isolated despite being just a short distance, like 1 kilometer, from the center because, as you know, Ayder's crowd can sometimes be tiring, but this place is a complete escape point. Especially waking up in the morning, the peace provided by that wooden texture is priceless, and frankly, flavors like the local muhlama and roasted pickles I tasted in the restaurant section make you feel like you are a guest at a sweet local aunt's house rather than a commercial business; sincerity is the biggest luxury here in my opinion. If your expectation from a vacation is both being in the very heart of nature and safely exploring those famous plateau routes with guidance service, speaking from my own experiences, I say this place should definitely be on your list.

Kardelen Bungalov & Restaurant opens its doors to guests in Rize Çamlıhemşin, one of the most popular tourism routes of the Black Sea, with architecture that integrates with the unique nature of Ayder Plateau and comfortable accommodation options. The facility is positioned just 1 kilometer away from the Ayder Plateau center, combining ease of transportation with the silence of nature in a perfect balance.

The architectural structure of the facility has been designed to fully comply with the natural texture of the region. Unlike concrete structures, the bungalows built using entirely yellow pine wood offer both an aesthetic appearance and a healthy sleep environment thanks to the breathable structure of the wood.
