Ashiyan Dağ Evim Bungalow is located in a strategic location in the Sapanca district of Sakarya, one of Turkey's most popular getaway destinations, for those seeking a peaceful refuge in the heart of nature as well as those who want to be close to attractions like Sapanca Lake and Kartepe Ski Center, offering ease of access by being just 1.5 kilometers from the center and 3.5 kilometers from the highway exit, this special facility combines wooden architecture and a modern decoration concept, offering a spacious and comfortable living area especially for families with children or large groups of friends with its family room concept, while also appealing to couples looking for a romantic getaway, this venue has thought of every detail to provide its guests with an unforgettable accommodation experience, and the comprehensive amenities and important rules offered by the facility to its guests are detailed as follows:

General Accommodation and Capacity: This mountain house is designed with 1 large bedroom and 1 loft floor (mezzanine) complementing this room, offering 1 comfortable double bed, 2 convertible sofa beds, and 1 single bed, allowing a total of 5 (five) guests to stay comfortably.

Interior Amenities: A fully equipped kitchen area with all the equipment guests might need during their stay (full-size refrigerator, stove, tea and coffee maker, basic utensils like pots, pans, plates, glasses, and even starter items like oil, salt, sugar), an underfloor heating system providing the ideal temperature in all seasons, plus air conditioning, a flat-screen TV for relaxation moments, and one of the facility's most preferred features, an indoor hydromassage tub (jacuzzi) offering a perfect option to relieve the day's stress, are provided as standard.

Parking and Facility Rules: A free and secure private parking space is allocated for guests' vehicles within the facility (no reservation required), with check-in time set at 14:00 (2:00 PM) and check-out time at 11:00 (11:00 AM); per facility policies, pets (our furry friends) are unfortunately not accepted, and a certain damage deposit may be requested against possible damages during the stay, and we would also like to note that there is no internet access (Wi-Fi) service throughout the facility.
